Staying at Lido in Milan was quite an experience. The staff were exceptional, especially Joe at check-in, who ensured I got sorted even when I arrived late. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, which made my nights restful. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety, but I felt most options leaned towards the sweet side. It would be nice to see more savory choices. I appreciated that the bathroom was well-equipped and the location was very convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. cosmetic updates would enhance the overall ambiance of the hotel, as it felt slightly dated. For those using public transport or attending events at the congress center, this hotel’s location is a big plus.

The stay was decent for exploring Milan, especially with attractions like the Duomo and Sforzesco Castle just a short metro ride away. I appreciated having a comfortable and spacious room, and the breakfast offered excellent coffee, which kicked off my busy days well. navigating the two flights of stairs to the reception with my luggage was a bit of a hassle. it was a good spot to rest after days filled with sightseeing.

Both lovable and frustrating
The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure comfort! Breakfast was delicious, and the attention to detail left a great impression.
While close to the metro, the distance from the city center can feel inconvenient! carrying luggage up two flights of stairs is a hassle.

hot water facility, clean toiletries, good location for groceries
Carrying bags up two flights of stairs to reception is a hassle!!! The attic room feels cramped with a poorly functioning window. A stained chair and an unusable plug point beside the bed are simply unacceptable!!!

It was just a great match for a rapid stop in Milan with attractive and competitive value for money. The woman at reception who checked me in was really pleasant and made the process smooth, which I appreciated after a long journey. Consider packing light as there's no elevator to the reception area. you’ll have to carry bags up two flights of stairs.

Cozy and convenient!
Just spent 4 nights in a double room with the fam. Super clean and comfy, ventilation was on point. The staff were legends – they even helped me find parking! The breakfast was pretty nice. Only thing was the bar area was a bit small, but it was all good. Definitely a great spot!

I stayed in a Twin Room for 5 nights and it was decent. The room was simple but super clean. The bed was comfy, which was a relief after a long day. I liked how close it was to the metro, making it super easy to get around Milan. The staff, especially Paola, were really helpful and friendly, which added a nice touch to the stay.
